Abstract

In an increasingly globalized and competitive business environment, innovation has emerged as a critical determinant of international market competitiveness. Firms operating across borders face intense pressure to differentiate their offerings, optimize processes, and respond rapidly to changing consumer preferences and technological disruptions. This research paper examines the role of innovation in enhancing international market competitiveness by analyzing product, process, organizational, and marketing innovations. Using a comprehensive review of existing literature and a conceptual framework approach, the study explores how innovation capabilities enable firms to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in global markets. The findings suggest that innovation not only strengthens market positioning and export performance but also enhances adaptability, resilience, and long-term growth. The paper offers strategic implications for managers and policymakers aiming to foster innovation-driven competitiveness in international markets.
